Manuals for digital authenticator for Netbank

In order to use the digital authenticator for Netbank login, you have to follow a quick and simple 3 step process:

  1. Download digital authenticator
  2. Pair smartphone
  3. Test connection

On-screen detailed instructions will be displayed on Netbank homepage once your username will be targeted to move to the digital authenticator.

After your Netbank user will be moved to the Digital authenticator, the login will be based on three elements of identification:

  • User ID
    • A New User ID will be generated when you pair your smartphone. Please note it down and save it safely as it’ll will be need every time you login in Netbank
  • Password
    • Your password won’t change. You can still use the old password
  • Digital Authenticator 
    • A soft-token app installed on the smartphone and protected by a PIN. The app is called HID Approve App and at login time it sends push notifications on the mobile in order to approve the login. A 6-digits PIN has to be setup when the Netbank is paired with the smartphone.
    • Please note it down and save it safely as it’ll will be need every time you login in Netbank.

Ready to use the digital authenticator? Don’t forget to:

  1. Note down the new User ID
  2. Note down the 6 digits PIN setup in the HID Approve app
