Trusted Novus Bank today announced that, as the Bank evolves and enters its next phase of growth, Christian Garcia has decided to step down as Chief Executive Officer. The Board thanks Christian for his leadership and contribution during his tenure and for the role he has played in positioning the company for its next stage of development. Christian will work with the Board to ensure an orderly transition.
Commenting on the change, the Bank’s Chairman Marcus Killick said:

Christian has helped position the business well for the future, and we are grateful for his support in ensuring a smooth transition. The Board wishes Christian every success in the future.”
The Bank has also announced that, subject to GFSC approval, as an interim measure, Keith Bailey, currently a Non-Executive Director at the Bank and former Barclays Bank Country Head in Gibraltar, will assume the role of acting Chief Executive Officer.
