How to use Web Portal for cards - Step by step guides
Set-up your account on the Trusted Novus Bank Cards web portal
Step 1
Select ‘Create an Account’ to begin setting up your log-in.
Click here to access the new Trusted Novus Bank Cards web portal.
Step 2
Please input your invitation code which you should have received via email from
At times this could go into your ‘Junk mail’ please check here before contacting the bank. If you do not have an email with the code, please select ‘I haven’t received my invitation code’.
The email used is the one we have on record. If you are unsure, please contact your relationship manager.
Step 3
You will now be prompted to create a password for your log-on to the web portal.
Your password must consist of:
- 8 characters
- Uppercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
Step 4
Once you have successfully created your password your new username will be automatically sent to the same email address where you received the invitation code.
Step 5
You have successfully created your new password, please select ‘Next’.
Congratulations!
You have now set-up your account, please enter your username and new password to log into your new account.
Follow the next steps below to activate your card.
Activate your card
Step 1
Please select ‘Cards’ from the dashboard on the left.
Step 2
Select the card and currency you would like to activate.
Step 3
Please input the last 4 digits of your card to activate it.
If you are unsuccesful, please ensure you are using the correct card and currency before attempting again.
Congratulations!
Your card is now activated!
Top Tip – Before your card will work for contactless transactions, you must first do a chip and pin transaction – either at an ATM or in a store. After this initial transaction, contactless is all go.
