Over the past 10 months, we have introduced a new banking platform as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services. We are keen to hear about your experience during this period and welcome your feedback as we continue to develop and improve.

As in previous years, this client experience survey will cover the key areas that matter most to you, helping us understand how we are performing and where we can do better. In addition, this year’s survey includes a dedicated section focused specifically on your experience with our new banking platform.
