Block your card

If you believe your Visa Card may have been lost or stolen, there are various ways you can block your card, preventing anybody else from using it.

1. Access your TNB Card web portal, or APP. Go to "Cards" and select "Block Card".

2. Contact Visa International Global Customer Assistance Services on the 24/7 telephone numbers listed below or via their chat service.

3. Contact the Bank during opening hours.

When you call Visa International to block your card, you must state the full and correct Visa card number. Please note that it is the responsibility of the cardholder to immediately block the card or contact Visa International after the card is lost or stolen. Keep your card number in a safe, yet accessible place.
