New enhancements to our Banking platforms


We are pleased to inform you that we have recently implemented a series of enhancements to our online and mobile banking platforms as part of our ongoing commitment to improving your digital banking experience.  

To ensure you continue to benefit from the latest features and improvements, we strongly encourage you to keep your mobile banking app updated to the latest version available, as well as enrol onto NetBank platform if you have yet to do so.  

As part of these recent updates, you will notice: 

1. A fresh new look for your dashboard layout. When you first log in, you’ll notice a new, cleaner layout. For your privacy, your balances are now hidden by default. To view them, simply click on the eye icon. We’ve also made things easier to navigate - your accounts are now grouped together automatically, so you can see everything at a glance. 

2. Beneficiaries must now be created prior to making a payment via the ‘Manage Beneficiaries’ section. After this, you are then able to make a payment.   

3. Messaging functionality has been improved with an increased attachment size of 20MB for mobile banking, doubling the previous availability.  

4. User experience and usability have been improved across the platform. You may notice movement of buttons or changes to layout. Examples: 

5. Full account numbers are now shown for easier visibility.  

6. Cash accounts are now clickable and linked to account summary. 

7. Enhanced password reset journey with added security and clearer password guidance. 

For those who have corporate accounts, please see additional features specific to your Banking needs. 

8. Additional approval via the mobile banking app is no longer required for those users with prep rights. 

9. Users, via the app, can now approve several items in one go.

10. Pending approvals are now available to download as CSV, via the app.
