As an Account Manager, you’ll be a dedicated generalist at the heart of our client relationships supporting, guiding, and adding real value to the businesses we work with. You’ll help clients navigate the world of banking while delivering service that’s Easy, Personal & Out of the Ordinary.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, no two days are the same. You’ll:
- Manage a portfolio of low‑complexity, low‑risk clients, ensuring accounts are handled in line with Bank policies
- Develop a strong understanding of your clients’ businesses, operating needs, and goals
- Support the onboarding of new accounts and manage updates to existing relationships
- Help clients access the right mix of banking products and services to meet their needs
- Spot opportunities to cross‑sell products while improving efficiency and service quality
- Conduct account reviews and support effective risk management, working closely with Relationship Managers
- Gather and analyse client information to meet credit, AML, and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Support and coach team members, helping everyone perform at their best
