We recently informed our clients of changes to our BIC / SWIFT code and the IBAN for their account/s. We are experiencing some issues on the new IBANs for inbound payments.
Whilst we resolve this issue, clients needing to receive a payment should please use their old IBAN details.
If you do not have a record of your old IBAN, please either look back in your account to a previous payment effected prior to 8th November 2021 or call the Bank for assistance on 2000 3000.
Please note that GBP payments are not affected if using your account number and our sort code (40-51-78).
