We’re pleased to share that a number of long-awaited enhancements are now live across our NetBank and Mobile Banking platforms (Android only, iOS to follow) These updates were guided by your feedback and focus on improving speed, visibility, and ease of use.
Recent improvements include faster logins and approvals, clearer payment and approval details, better account and portfolio visibility, resolved login fixes for many users. We encourage you to ensure your app is fully updated to benefit from the latest release.
That said, for some of our clients, we fully recognise that some important issues remain unresolved, and we understand the impact this continues to have on your day-to-day banking. Please be assured that addressing these matters remains our highest priority, and work is well underway to deliver further improvements as quickly as possible.
Our immediate focus is on resolving current issues, ensuring a stable and reliable experience before introducing future enhancements to our NetBank and Mobile Banking platforms’ design and functionality.
