From cooking to eating I enjoy all aspects of food. I remember being 14 and taking cakes to school that I would bake the night before and sell to my classmates. I guess you could say the entrepreneurial spirit started from a young age!
Does anyone specific inspire your cooking?
I’ve always taken inspiration from my parents, who introduced me to a number of restaurants and different cuisines from a young age. To this day I still have long winded chats with my mum and dad about new dishes to put on the menu and their input is always valued. Vault 13 is definitely a collaborative family venture albeit with some disagreements mixed in!
