Rolf Bauer

Deputy CEO and COO

Rolf Bauer joined Trusted Novus Bank as Chief Executive Officer in September 2026. Since then he has built a clear view of the bank, identified opportunities for improvement and set a roadmap focused on strengthening service, improving efficiency and delivering a better experience for clients and colleagues.

His highest priority is client satisfaction: ensuring that clients receive the reliable, responsive and personal service TNB promises. He recognises that clients place their trust in the bank every day and that their experience must justify that trust. Under his leadership, TNB is directing effort and resources towards strengthening service reliability, simplifying processes and giving colleagues better tools and information to respond to clients' needs.

Rolf leads with a practical, action-oriented approach. He believes banking must evolve to meet changing client expectations, embracing digitalisation, intelligent automation and AI to simplify processes, reduce complexity and make the bank faster and more responsive. His focus is not on change for the sake of change, but on tangible improvements that matter to clients and create long-term value. Working with the Board, executive team and colleagues across the bank, he combines banking transformation experience with clear priorities, timely decisions and accountable ownership.

Before joining TNB, Rolf served as CEO of Kaleido Privatbank AG in Zurich, where he led the bank's business transformation, strengthened governance and risk management frameworks and successfully guided the organisation through its sale. He also served as Vice President of the Board of DCP Client Partner AG and was a member of the Executive Committee of the IFF-HSG Institute for Financial Studies, Financial Law and Economics.

Rolf's ambition is to build on TNB's distinctive identity and personal relationships, combining trusted human expertise with smart technology to give clients confidence in both their everyday banking experience and the bank's long-term future.
