With over 20 years of experience leading digital transformation across industries, he currently serves as CIO of Trusted Novus Bank, where he is driving a core banking modernization program to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, while building a resilient and future-ready technology foundation.

Richard is the CFO at Trusted Novus Bank and has over 20 years banking experience in a Senior Finance position. Richard has worked in various local banks and has previously been an Executive Director in a former employment.
