With extensive international experience in private banking, business transformation and strategic leadership, Rolf joins TNB with a clear vision for how the bank can continue to evolve in an increasingly digital and fast-changing financial landscape. Since joining in September, he has been working closely with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to understand the organisation, set clear priorities and progress practical improvements, above all ensuring that clients receive the reliable, responsive and personal service TNB promises.

A strong advocate of digitalisation and artificial intelligence, Rolf believes technology should simplify processes, improve decision-making and create more time for meaningful client interactions. His focus is not on technology for its own sake, but on practical applications that deliver measurable value. As part of this approach, TNB is working with technology partner kumai through the CEO's Office, adding expertise in banking systems, processes, data, business intelligence and AI to help the bank's teams turn priorities into tangible results.

Before joining TNB, Rolf served as CEO of Kaleido Privatbank AG in Zurich, where he led the bank's strategic development, strengthened governance and risk management frameworks and successfully oversaw the sale of the business. He has also served as Vice President of the Board of DCP Client Partner AG and as a member of the Executive Committee of the IFF-HSG Institute for Financial Studies, Financial Law and Economics.
