We are pleased to inform you that our new Banking system is now live!  We would like to share our user guides; support team contact details and important information to help you transition to the New Banking System.

Cards Service Information

As we complete the final stage of our migration, card services will be briefly interrupted on Tuesday, 2 September, between 02:00 and 06:00 CET.   

New Real-Time Debit Card functionality 

Debit Card will check each transaction in real-time against the balance in the linked account. If sufficient balance is available (and subject to overall daily spending limits), the payment will be approved; otherwise, the transaction will be declined. You can verify available account balance on our new Mobile Banking App. 

Our team will no longer be able to manually adjust your Debit Card limit if there are insufficient funds in the linked account. You can easily transfer funds between your TNB accounts via the Mobile Banking App.

Debit Cards will continue to operate under a daily limit, shared across all cards linked to the account. This limit* can still be adjusted upon request, provided there are sufficient funds in the debiting account. 

*Example of limit functionality: If your debit card has a daily spending limit of £1,500 and it is the only card linked to the account, you have access to the full amount. In the case of a joint account, the spending limit of £1,500 is shared between both cardholders. Either party can use the full £1,500 but whatever one spends reduces what is left for both cardholders, e.g. if £500 is spent, the remaining daily spending is £1,000 between both cards, and either cardholder can spend the remaining £1,000. 

Current Cards App 

Update the Cards App to the latest version to access the newest features, including the ability to view your Real-time account balance. 

New Mobile Banking App 

Now that we are live, you can download our new Mobile Banking App from the App Store or Google Play (Note - Google Play currently experiencing technical issues). Your new Username will be sent to you by email, and your Activation Code will follow shortly via SMS. 

Online Banking - NetBank 

The new version of Online Banking (NetBank) is now available through our website as usual. You will also retain read-only access to the previous NetBank until 1st October 2025, allowing you to refer back to it if needed.
