How to Submit High-Quality Documents

Providing clear and complete documents helps us process your submission more quickly and reduces the likelihood of us needing to request additional information.

Do

  • Ensure the document is clear and fully visible The entire document should be visible, including all four corners.

  • Use good lighting Take photos in a well-lit area and avoid shadows, reflections or glare.

  • Submit a high-quality image or scan Use the highest quality setting available on your camera or scanner.

  • Check all information is readable Names, document numbers, issue dates and expiry dates must be clearly visible.

  • Acceptable example under the left image.

Don't

  • Don't submit blurred or low-quality images Images must be sharp and easy to read.

  • Don't crop the document All edges and corners should be visible.

    • Don't use screenshots or edited images Please upload original photographs or scans only.

    • Don't submit expired or incomplete documents Ensure all documents are current and complete before uploading.

    • Unacceptable example under the right image.
