We are aware of scam calls claiming to be from Trusted Novus Bank, where fraudsters ask clients to share personal or sensitive information. Trusted Novus Bank will never ask for sensitive information by phone or SMS.
Remember we will not
1. Ask you to change your online banking login to something specific.
2. Ask for your OTP (One-Time Password).
3. Instruct you to move money out of your account for safekeeping.
4. Call you unexpectedly with urgent threats.

If you receive such a call or message, do not share any information, do not engage with the caller, do not verify any numbers, and do not change your passwords.
