Fraud Awareness
Dear Client,
Fraudsters are becoming increasingly sophisticated, and scams can occur through phone calls, SMS messages, emails, social media, or even in person. At Trusted Novus Bank, your security is our priority, and we would like to remind you of some important steps you can take to help protect yourself and your accounts.
Reminder: Approving a request in your mobile banking app means you are authorising a real action (such as login, password reset, or payment).
- Ask for your OTP (One-Time Password), online banking password, PIN, or full card details.
- Ask you to change your online banking login or password to something specific.
- Ask you to move money out of your account for safekeeping.
- Ask you to install remote access software or give us access to your device.
- Call you unexpectedly with urgent threats or pressure you to act immediately.
If you receive a suspicious call, message, or email, do not share any information, do not engage with the sender or caller, and do not click on any links. Report the incident to us immediately through well- established and trusted channel.
Your security is our priority, and we are committed to helping you stay protected from fraud and scams.
