Fraud Awareness

15th of May 2026

Dear Client,

We want to alert you to fraudulent phone calls from individuals claiming to represent Trusted Novus Bank.

Fraudsters are increasingly attempting to impersonate banks. A common tactic involves contacting clients about a “suspicious payment” then asking them to share a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their phone.

Please remember:

  • Never share your OTP, password, PIN, or banking credentials with anyone.

TNB will never ask for your OTP over the phone.

If you receive a suspicious call, message, or email, do not share any information, do not engage with the sender or caller, and do not click on any links. Report the incident to us immediately through well- established and trusted channel.

Your security is our priority, and we are committed to helping you stay protected from fraud and scams.
