Thank you for your continued support and for giving us the opportunity to complete essential system maintenance on Friday 1st August. This allowed us to test the functionalities of the new banking system, bringing us one step closer to going live.
We are now preparing to transition to our new banking system from Tuesday 26th August through to Monday 1st September.
What you need to know - Service Availability
To ensure a smooth migration, please take note of the following planned temporary limitations to our services.
Tuesday 26th – Friday 29th August
During this period, the following will be unavailable:
- Opening or closure of accounts.
- Issuing new loans or cards.
- Updating personal details (such as your name or address).
Friday 29th August from 2:00 PM
Transfers, payments, and other transactional activities will be unavailable from 2:00PM onwards.
Saturday 30th August - Monday 1st September
All banking services will be unavailable during these days while we complete the final stages of our system migration.
On Monday 1st September, the Bank will remain open to answer any queries, but transactional activity will not be possible.
Tuesday 2nd September
We expect to resume full banking services and return to normal operations with our new banking system.
