
New Banking System - Important Update

Dear Client,
As we enter the final stages of launching our new banking system, we want to keep you informed about what to expect. At Trusted Novus Bank, we are committed to building better banking, and this new system is the way forward.
These changes will affect how you access and manage your accounts, it’s important that you know what is happening and what actions you will need to take. This update explains the key changes and what they mean for you.
Mobile Banking App (Phased Launch)
Our new Mobile Banking App will be introduced in phases. At first, it will include only core features, with more to follow in the coming months.
Available at launch:
- View your live account balance
- Access and manage all of your accounts in one place
- Transfer funds between your own accounts
- Send secure messages directly to the Bank
NetBank (Online Banking) – Full Features from Day One
The new NetBank will offer the complete banking experience immediately, including:
- Payments to TNB clients
- Payments outside of TNB
- Beneficiary and transaction management
- Portfolio details
- Account statements*
- Payment signatory approval process (for corporate accounts)
*Note: Transactions prior to 1st September 2025 won’t be visible in the new system. However, your historical statements and advices will be migrated and remain available in the new NetBank, so you’ll still have access to your important records going forward.
Your existing Card App (Unchanged, with Enhancements)
- The Card App will display real-time balance updates for debit cards (transactions will now debit your account immediately).
- All other current features remain.
In summary
- New NetBank: Full features available at launch.
- New Mobile App: Limited features at first, with more added in phases.
- Current Card App: Continues as before, with enhancements.
No action is required from you now, in the coming days we will share more updates to help you prepare for the transition to the new banking system. Please keep in mind of the timeline below surrounding limited-service availability which was previously communicated to you.
