Replacement Card

If you require a replacement of your Visa Card, please contact our Card Services Help Desk during opening hours.

When your Visa Card is replaced, you may continue using this until the new card is received. Your new card will have a new 16-digit number, therefore, you must update your payment details with any service provider with whom any recurring payments, such as monthly subscriptions, have been set, once you receive your new card.
