Transaction Administrator - Transaction Management

Adela’s first role in TNB was in the Data Management team, where she learned how the bank stores all its data as well as the structure of the business and the products we offer. This proved to be an insightful experience for her, as most internal processes go through the Data Management team. Having acquired this fundamental knowledge about the banking business, within a year Adela was transferred to the Transaction Management team as this better suited her strengths and personality.

As a Transaction Administrator, which involves client interaction, Adela’s personality and initiative help maintain our high level of service. The role consists of processing card transactions, card administration and answering any queries our clients might have. Apart from this responsibility, just 6 months later, Adela started with Securities, Trade Settlement, Dividends, Payments and Netbank migrations, which just highlights the fast-paced nature and variety of tasks rolled out by the Transaction Management Team.

During her time with us, Adela has gained a vast amount of knowledge about the banking industry most especially Trusted Novus Bank and the way the bank is run. Adela believes her success, so far, is due to the values and culture deeply rooted in our bank. ‘Through transparency and communication, the bank has provided me with a platform to voice my opinions and make a positive impact on our business.’ Within Adela’s role, she is working with her strongest qualities, so that she can help our clients receive the service they deserve.
