The Investors in People (IIP) Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its employees. It helps organisations to realise objectives through the management and development of their people.

IIP is an external, internationally recognised organisation that provides a flexible framework for the required standard in people management. They define what it takes to lead, support, and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.

In 2022, we were shortlisted for the ‘Overseas Employer of the Year’ award. A significant achievement to be shortlisted alongside other esteemed organisations from around the world.

Our accreditation will be reviewed again in June 2025.
