Further to our last communication on the 10th of January 2022, we understand that some clients continue to experience issues using our new IBANs for inbound payments.
An IBAN change such as the one performed by Trusted Novus Bank requires that other banks update their internal records accordingly. We now understand that whilst some banks have amended their records, there are a number of banks that are yet to complete this process.
