We continue working to deliver an enhanced banking experience and expect to go-live in Q1 of 2025. We understand that you may have been excited to see our updated system in action, so we are sorry if this delay causes any disappointment.
This additional time will allow us to ensure that the new system meets the high standards of service and reliability that you expect from us, and that we do this safely.
We are working diligently to finalise the new timeline and will communicate the revised go-live date as soon as we are able to do so.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and patience as we complete this important transformation. Our goal remains to provide you with an improved banking experience, and this extra time will help us ensure this is done.
