New opening hours for our Cash Services

To improve our customer experience, we have decided to extend our opening hours.

The changes will come in effect as from 1^st February 2021. Despite this, we still encourage our clients to avoid physical visits to the Bank where possible. Wearing of masks, sanitising of hands and maintaining physical distance will continue in place for those entering our premises.

For commercial clients dropping off deferred cash checking bags at the Currency Centre depot in Europort, you can continue to deliver these from 09:00 to 15:30. If you are not using this facility and wish to avail yourself of this, please contact your Relationship Manager for details.

The new hours are the following:

• Banking Hall: 09.00 to 16.30 Monday to Friday

• Cashier Services: 10.00 to 14.00 Monday to Friday
