Trusted Novus Bank (TNB) has successfully completed all the changes required by SWIFT (the global provider for secure financial messaging services)
From the 5th of March 2022 our old JYBAGIGI SWIFT/BIC code will stop working. After this date any incoming payments using our old SWIFT/BIC will be returned to the remitter’s account.
We are confident that most Banks have updated their systems as we have seen an increase in the number of incoming payments correctly quoting our new TNOVGIGI SWIFT/BIC code and using our new IBAN numbers.
However, it is possible that some Banks may still need to update their records and it can take them as long as 3 to 6 months.
If you identify any issues when using our new TNOVGIGI SWIFT/BIC code and new IBANs, please get in touch with us. We will endeavour to rectify the situation if you are able to provide us with the name of the bank in question.
Should you require support when using your new IBANs, please contact us for assistance on +350 2000 3000. We are here to help.
We thank you for your continued support in our journey as Trusted Novus Bank
