We recently communicated via our NetBank that we have restricted access to US Dollar (USD) payments due to issues with our USD correspondent bank that were beyond our control.
As we communicated previously on our website, we have now found a solution with a new payment provider. Our team is pleased to announce that we have successfully tested the ability to send and receive USD payments with a few selected clients.
We are working on restoring this service to all of our clients. Once we are ready to reactivate this service on your account/s, we will contact you.
Meanwhile, we would like to remind you that internal USD transfers to other TNB accounts are fully operational, whether it be to another USD account in your name or one of another TNB client.
Additionally, the following USD denominated transactions are unaffected:
