Please be advised that Visa is suspending operations in Russia. On Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 12:01 a.m. Moscow time (March 9, 2022, 1pm PST), Visa will block all issuing and acquiring associated with all Russian members.
While the suspension is effective on March 10, 2022, there will be a wind-down period to allow for processes such as collection of fees and resolution of chargebacks and disputes. The wind-down period may be limited in some cases to comply with applicable laws, including any applicable sanctions.
Finally, in compliance with applicable law, Visa have already suspended access or expect to suspend access to Visa for certain clients, including certain Russian entities. Those suspensions remain in place.
