How to make a claim

Remember that original invoices, receipts, reports and other documents will be required in support of any claim.

How can I obtain a Certificate of Insurance?

Are winter sports covered?

Winters sports are covered however there are some exceptions.

The policy does not cover ski-racing, ski-jumping, snowboarding without a leash, off-piste skiing unless accompanied by a qualified guide or instructor, heliskiing, ice hockey, bobsleighing, skeletons, toboggans, luges, freestyle skiing or competitive skiing.

When does the cover start?

Cover starts from the moment we issue your Visa Consumer Gold or Business Explorer card.

Remember to qualify for Travel Insurance, you must pay for your holiday using your Consumer Gold or Business Explorer Visa Card.

Gibraltar residents travelling to Spain

Emergency medical expenses cover is included for all qualifying cardholders who are resident in Gibraltar and travelling into Spain without the requirement of any pre-assigned ticketing or payment of transport or accommodation.

Emergency medical expense cover is extended to qualifying member of your Family (as defined in the policy wording (click here) without the requirement of the Cardholder to be travelling with them.
