Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our organisation. As a member of the Executive Committee, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance leader to play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and contributing to our long-term success.

We are open to considering candidates for both a permanent and a fixed term (18-24m) position. Our priority is to engage with top-tier finance professionals who can drive financial excellence, provide strong leadership, and support the organisation’s growth objectives.

Fixed Term (18-24 Months)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Provide high-level financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory financial requirements.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive business performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A qualified finance professional (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) with proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at an executive level.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop finance teams.
  • Experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, and risk management.
