Provide support for areas of responsibility within Transaction Management team which consist of payments, cards security settlement. If you have any experience in any of these areas then this role may be of interest to you:
- Strong operations experience in payments, securities or cards
- Ability to read, understand and apply changes based on regulation requirements.
- Knowledge of SWIFT.
- Experience of processing Corporate Actions.
- Knowledge of Security Settlement.
- Provide training and upskilling new and existing members of the team.
- Take ownership of issues from identification to resolution.
- Work with stakeholders and suppliers to improve products and processes.
- Ability to manage own workflow and high volumes of tasks and client requests.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in the delivery of query resolution and issue management together with production of clear business requirements as needed.
- Ability to assume and comprehend new and complex knowledge and processes.
- Ability to read, understand and apply changes in regulation.
- Ability to keep good order and structure in all aspects of the role.
- Maintain strong processing skills accompanied with in-depth knowledge to deliver the day-to-day operational needs for Transactions Management, including the minimisation of processing errors and/or any losses, complaints or incidents.
- Driven to learn, develop and focus on personal growth.
