COVID-19 restrictions - January 2021

As per the recent announcement and new restrictions regarding COVID-19, we have decided to make the following changes to make sure our clients and employees remain safe in these unprecedented times. 

As per the COVID-19 Public Health recommendations and new regulations the following measures have been put in place:

  • Our bank will remain open however the banking hall will be closed until further notice. In regards to transactions, we will facilitate this by appointment ONLY. Please reach out to your Relationship Manager to arrange appointments.
  • All client meetings will take place virtually.
  • As recommended by the Government of Gibraltar, Health Authority, we will ensure that a majority of our employees will be working from home whilst providing the best possible service to our clients.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of implementing these measures.
