New IT Infrastructure - What does this mean for you?

Our IT team has been working tirelessly for over a year to build a new IT infrastructure (hardware systems, software, networks and telephone systems) for the bank and we are now finally ready to launch it on Monday. What this means is that, we are modernising the IT system for our employees in order to ensure we can provide the best possible service for our clients.
Please note this will NOT affect Netbank or your access to it.
What to expect during the migration:
- Your RM will not be able to reply to e-mails over the weekend
- Your RM will need to get used to a brand new system, so they may take longer to respond to e-mails and other requests
- You may experience issues reaching us over the phone. In case this happens, please send us an email on

We really appreciate you bearing with us while we migrate to the new system and handle any teething issues for the first couple of days.
