Melissa Riggs

Melissa, Mortgage Specialist, describes herself as a ‘fixer’. Her role entails reviewing our mortgage products and services as well as assisting colleagues with more complex mortgage requests. Mel has been working with us since 2020 having had a variety of roles at Trusted Novus Bank including credit and mortgages.

How does your role make a difference to our clients?

Hopefully, they see an improvement in our products, and pricing becoming more competitive in the market! My role did not exist previously in the organisation and was specifically set up so that we are able to react to market conditions with agility.

"Outside of work, I have a few activities that I really enjoy. I love travelling, exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. Whether it's a weekend getaway to a nearby city or a longer trip to another country, travelling is always an enriching and exciting experience.

I also enjoy spending time at the local pub with friends, where we can unwind, catch up, and enjoy some good food and drinks. Lastly, I value getting quality sleep, as it helps me recharge. "
