New Opening Hours for our Cards Services

Here when you need us most. We are pleased to announce that from 1st November, our Cards Helpdesk will be available during the following times:

  • 08.00 am to 8pm - Monday to Friday.
  • 09.00 am to 5 pm - Weekends & Public Holidays.

 

Why Are We Making This Change?

We wish to support our clients when you are most active.  

With this in mind we have improved our service to provide client support on Saturday mornings, reducing coverage in the late evenings, where we have seen you need us less.
